A dunk legend still in the air
Myree "Reemix" Bowden is a former Harlem Globetrotter and SlamBall player widely regarded as one of the greatest dunkers of all time. He is now a sports commentator and dunk trainer still throwing down highlight-reel jams into his 40s.
His career spans two decades of dunk exhibitions — from a 2nd-place finish at the 2004 NCAA Slam Dunk Contest (ESPN, University of the Pacific) to international touring with the Harlem Globetrotters and a SlamBall League rookie training camp in 2009. He is a three-time Sprite Slam Dunk Showdown All-Star.
Known for a peak vertical leap measured near 48 inches, Reemix built his name on explosiveness, footwork and dunk approach mechanics. Today he books live dunk exhibitions with Global Dunk Empire, coaches vertical jump training, and works as a play-by-play and color commentator with CIF officiating experience.
